Germinating in a mix of water and hydrogen peroxide?

Does anybody here germinate in a glass of water and H2O2 to kill pathogens and aerate the seed?
What proportions of peroxide to water do you mix?

That's how I did my last batch. My boy just told me to put a few drops so that's all I put hah. I had 20/20 show taproots but only 18/20 broke soil.

Thanks for sharing.

Ed Rosenthal recommends using 1 part drug store peroxide (3% strength) to 5 parts of water in his book.
Last time I tried to grow, my seedlings sprouted, but died from damping off a ~week later later, even though I didn't overwater. I read that they can come from breeders already covered in spores if the mother plant was around infected soil/plants.

I want to try this method. I am also going to sterilize the soil in the solo cups with H2O2 prior to planting (saw a youtube video where they disinfect soil with 1 part water to 1 part drug store peroxide). I was thinking about pouring it undiluted just to be sure.

I probably won't sterilize the soil in the 5 gallon pots: Beneficial bacteria would die, and then who is going to break down bat guano in FOxFarm?
The plant will probably be robust enough anyway, by the time I transplant.

I don't see the point of adding hydrogen peroxide to seeds. Get seeds from a quality breeder and stick them in your medium and keep them warm and moist. Done.

H2o2 = 2 Hydrogen atoms and 2 Oxygen atoms, the 2nd oxygen atom is unstable and attaches its to anything organic then converts to H2o aka water,
It's chemistry not a theory.
