Germinated Seed Dried Issues// High CBD strains?

I'm looking to grow some Sativa Seedbank Raspberry Cough and World of Seeds Pakistan Valley for my anxiety, and germinated both seeds via cup to papertowel method.

My RC seed germinated much faster and had a long taproot, is already sprouted and is growing healthy!

When Planted my PV seed I didnt cover it fully and pat down the soil, so when I watered it the seed displaced to the top without me noticing,

about 7-8 hours later I came back and my seed and its taproot had been exposed and seemed extremely dry, I immediately repacked it down and watered it, and this time covered it with plastic.

Any hope for my seed? its been about a day and no progression so far, It is under about 120 watts of 6500k CFL for the time being.

Also, I am growing the PV for its High CBD traits but looks like im going to have to replace the seed, and have heard alot about Reggaes Juanita and CBD crews shark and nordle, any one with experience? or any other recommendations to calm my anxiety and paranoia(don't care too much about high, just wanna medicate and relax my insane mind lol)?

Im in a very small grow space and I plan to DWC and SCRoG my 2 plants.

Oh and my final question, I have a limited space as mentioned, and want to 12/12 these for flowering. Some say for small spaces 12/12 from start is fine, If you start 24-0 and establish good roots first week, any suggestions??

sorry about being so noobish, its my first grow and want this done right, and who's better to ask then you guys!

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but the point at which the seed opens up to bring out the taproot is a very crucial point and can never be left to dry. Unfortunately, if it's been a day and no progress, I doubt it can be saved.

I can't answer the 2nd question but I can the 3rd question...12/12 from the start is if you only want low riders and height in your space is an issue. I don't ever suggest using 24-0 to build roots unless it's a clone. After roots are established, a dark period of 4-6 hours works best.

Ok thanks so much will, Ill definitely go about reordering right now as opposed to waiting. Also my Raspberry Cough sprout is about 3 inches tall, Im not too sure about the roots yet waiting for my hydroton to arrive to transplant to DWC to check them out. Should I stop the 24-0 tonight and get her some rest tonight?

Yeah, I'd give her a rest, about 4 hours each day for a bit. Be very careful when transplanting from soil to hydro. Be gentle with the roots when running them under water to get all the dirt off. The plant will go into shock even if you do a good job so hit it with a light dose of foliar spray if you have it. The way to speed up things is to introduce beneficial bacteria and Hygrozyme to the water when you transplant. It's almost impossible to transplant from soil and not have some dead roots so the Hygrozyme will break them down into sugars and the bacteria will help the roots take off.

If you do set the lights for 20/4, wait a few days before you transplant.
