Germenated Seeds Under Light?

My seeds just germenated and I put them into rockwool and straight under my 400. I heard that most people put them in a humidity dome but I didn't want to.
Also I have no circulation at all and it reaches about 90 degrees in my tent. Am I doing anything wrong?
opinions, facts?

90 is too hot. Shoot for 80 and definitely stay below 85. Heat will stress your plants and impede growth.

Well people have told me that for germinating 90 is fine
