Germ X 2 Failure!

I have tried getting these bagseeds I got from a friend to take off and I just can't get them to go! I put them in a papertowel and put some warm tap water on them put them in a jug and put them in the garage checked on the first batch everyday the second one I checked on after 3 days then again after 5 nothing I got some seeds to crack but and planted them but nothing what am I doning wrong I am getting so frustrated

Make sure they stay moist. check on them at least daily to make sure they arent drying out.

I usually dont do anything special. folded paper towel....wet it...place seeds on paper...fold/wet another paper towel and place on top. I then loosely roll the pt/seeds kinda like a joint. Place in a cup and add a few drops of water. Store in a dark place and keep an eye on em. Thats about all I do and I usually have too many seeds pop.

if you can get some superthrive add 1-2 drops to the seeds in the towel...
