My germinated seeds are not sprouting. I had germinated them in a paper towel for 24 hours until they popped. I had filled the party cups and let them drain for 20 minutes and then put the seeds in the wet soil. Then I had put sandwich bags over the top to keep humidity and moisture up and put them on a heating pad. It has been 24 hours and i checked to see if any has rooted all 6 havent even changed since I germinated them. Please could someone help me. I just moved them from the heating pad to about 4 feet away from my 400watt MH lamp.
