Germ first or not

what are the pros and cons of germinating a seed before you plant it

germing works better than any seed starter or other forms, ive tried em all

No Cons, You know what seeds will come up, you don't waste time or resources on bad seeds, (this is especially pertinent if you're using bag seed. Like me.) and it's easy to do.
And once you plant them they start growing immediatly, I've had some of mine pop up overnight.
