Neither 17 year old was killed for any crime except assaulting a citizen. Arguably, Martin's killing was much more justifiable since Roderick Scott was never touched.
There is ample evidence to contradict that Zimmerman was prejudiced against blacks. If anything, Zimmerman was overwhelmingly supportive of blacks.
In a neighborhood besieged by crime, burglaries, and home invasion robberies there is damn good reason to be suspicious of unfamiliar people in your neighborhood.

lmao the kid in roderick scotts case was breaking into cars leading up to the shooting. Trayven was not. No there isn't any evidence that Zim Zam was overwhelmingly supportive of blacks. You can be suspicious of people without following them around like a creeper in the night. Just saying if I was walking and someone accuses me of being the cause of the siege on the community who is burglarizing and home invading I would beat their ass too.

Cervini, the kid killed by Roderick Scott, was not killed because he was breaking into cars. He was killed by Roderick because he attacked Roderick, though he never actually laid a hand on Roderick. Self defense.
Martin, the kid killed by Zim, was not killed because he was black, or because he was suspicious. He was killed by Zim because he tried to beat Zimmerman to death. Self defense.
If you think there is no evidence of Zim being supportive of blacks, then you are unfamiliar with the case, which naturally makes you one of RIU's foremost experts.
If you think, like Cheesy, that Zim "called the cops on every black kid he saw" then you are unfamiliar with the content of the 46 calls Zim made to report suspicious activity. Only 6 of the 46 calls made any mention of black people.
If you choose to beat up strangers on the street, you might wind up just like Martin.

scott actually was committing a crime, cervini actually did identify himself, and there actually were eyewitnesses that testified as to exactly what happened.
none of which can be said about the zimmerman murder.
