Geneva Convention - Poll - Obsolete or not post 9/11?

As I understand it, nations not terrorist groups, signed this treaty.

Should we deem the failure of a nation to police it's terrorist population as an act of war?

Seriously, how can we fight fire without fire?

EDIT: NO poll, can't edit one in and I accidentally hit post on my phone. :(

If we ever get into a war with a country, even a non signatory country, we should follow it.

If we get into a conflict with a NGO that more than less follows the treaty we should too.

When we're at war with a group that decapitated one of our soldiers they captured on camera, or off camera for that matter, then no, fuck em.

Neither the Geneva conventions, or any other part of the law of land warfare, preclude us, or any other state, from effectively handling "terrorists". They are simply "unlawful combatants", and measures dealing with them are clearly outlined.

However, we have chosen to IGNORE those laws, and have granted terrorists MORE rights than they are actually afforded.

Why?

Because "we" have been lead by pussies for decades now.

"terrorists" are, like pirates brigands, slavers and cannibals come under the heading Hostis Humani Generis (enemy of all humankind) and have NEVER been accorded any rights beyond a sufficiently stout rope from which to swing.

hamas, hezzhollah, fatah, "al aqsa martyrs brigade", al quaeda, abu sayyaf, isis/isil, the moslem brotherhood, kony and his "lord's resistance army", the cartels in mexico, and any other group that places itself outside the bounds of law and tradition, practicing murder and mayhem for their own amusement and profit deserve no rights, just a quick and violent end.

all the breast beating and garment rendig from the left and their Pussy Posse of limp wristed whiney legalistic social justice warriors amounts to little more than self aggrandizement.

by calling everybody with a brain in their heads "heartless" they can feel their Feels and display their moral superiority.

just look at Bucklefuckle, who discovered nobody was listening to his plaintive wails, so he threw a tantrum and dredged up every thread Pinworm ever started.

all discourse must stop, until Bucky's tantrum is over!

Bucklefuckle is a prime example of the Social Justice Warrior, who lives only to prove he exists through shouting, screaming, shitting all over everyone and everything that doesnt conform to his imagined ideal, especially the restrooms in Wendy's.

if everyone put him on ignore, he would probably wind up in a psych ward under 24 hour a day supervision.

So, are you saying that torturing people is a good thing?

Are people that "unlawfully" use weed terrorists too? Should they be water boarded?

it's always kinda telling how you never mention any groups like the KKK, or even the totally legit groups that send people like scott lively to uganda to help them craft a bill which imprisons and executes gay people for being gay.

i guess they're just exercising their freedom of religion though.

all the breast beating and garment rendig from the left and their Pussy Posse of limp wristed whiney legalistic social justice warriors amounts to little more than self aggrandizement.
are you just copying and pasting words now? i have to ask because your word spacing is extremely odd around your repetitive adjectives and whatnot.

say plaintive or furtive again. those may just catch on like the meltdowns you regularly have.

does the KKK carve out a lawless frontier and hold it as their personal domain?

the KKK has to HIDE from the law because they are simply criminals, rather than Outlaws operating outside all decent society.

the "group" that sent lively to uganda was TALKING, expressing their OPINION.

the idiots in uganda took that position and ran with it, of their own choice.

if i say "honest people should not have to fear the government will take them out for holding dissenting opinions" does that mean im fomenting revolution?
of course it does, because you know nothing save Right Fight, and if i say anything, that thing must be wrong and constructed from layers of evil.

you would love to blame lively for the excesses and madness of uganda's government, even while you excuse mullahs and muftis who go actually tell their followers to do mad shit.

you are a hypocrite, a fool and a degenerate.

you dont stand for anything, you oppose everything.
you represent nothing positive, you exists solely in opposition to anything you deem "right wing"

and youre not even very good at it.

there, plenty of words for you to snip out of context in a feeble attempt to create some silly strawman or other.

consider it charity, you are such a sad bitter little toad, sometimes i feel the need to throw you some scraps.

So, are you saying that torturing people is a good thing?
That all depends on how you define "torture". IF you're talking about using pain to garner information, then no, I don't believe torture is an effective technique. However, there ARE approaches and techniques that CAN be used to garner information that do NOT involve the use of pain, or anything that will permanently damage a subject, that I support using with unlawful combatants.

Unlawful combatants should be held accountable in accordance with the law of land warfare, and granted only those rights afforded under those laws. The pussified leadership in the U.S. essentially granted those cocksuckers the SAME rights afforded to lawful combatants, in an attempt to appease the bleeding heart liberal idiots in the states too stupid to understand the legal aspects of war.

They've done the same thing with pirates too, BTW...

Are people that "unlawfully" use weed terrorists too? Should they be water boarded?

What does the law say?

I support the law, as opposed to making shit up as you go, which is what the U.S. has been doing with unlawful combatants for the past 13 years.

the KKK fits every unmoved goalpost you listed above. so do hate groups which work towards the murder and imprisonment of homosexuals on the basis that they are homosexual.

the KKK is "outside the bounds of law and tradition" and they "practice murder and mayhem for their own amusement" but i never hear you calling for their "quick and violent end".

and yes, there are remote parts of the american south where the KKK is the lawless frontier and if you are black and happen to wander in, it is going to be your unfortunate demise.

so why is it you never condemn the KKK or other hate groups like the KKK?

why do you focus on "islam, immigrants and blacks", like phillipe rushton does when he is speaking at American Renaissance hate conferences, to the exclusion of everything else?

Terrorist or freedom fighter, however the label fits, they're manufactured.
unaware pawns in a political game.
what part of "Freedom Fighting" requires throwing acid in little girl's faces?
how does throwing said acid in the faces of little girls FROM YOUR OWN VILLAGES help the cause of "freedom"?
in what way does murdering every non-moslem in a shopping mall advance the struggle?
how much "Freedom Fighting" is accomplished by murdering journalists and posting the super awesome videos on youtube so you can fap?
why is it that so often "Freedom Fighting" centers around killing helpless women and kids, rather than attacking armed soldier of the oppressor?

i agree, what white christian men did to the natives of north america was not freedom fighting, nor did it deserve some god baiting title like "manifest destiny".

it was genocide, plain and simple.

and dammit, we should all have the courage like kynes to speak up against these white oppressors!
