Thanks Nerds. I have a friend coming over @ week 8 flower (6 weeks from now) of this run and he is going to put me through the ropes w/ doing HDR proprly. He's also going to bring all his gear and we are going to get some detailed macro shots.

I have some Querkle, Dr Who, Jack Skellington and a cut of Orange Cream Soda going now, should be a fun shoot.

Very, very nice shots bro!

and congrats on the HT shot! I would love to get into photography but I know nothing about cameras, what sort of things should I be looking for in a camera to take nice shots of my babies?

im presuming things like good macro settings, white balance, but any other advice would be appreciated from fellow nerds!

Also, is it possible to get good shots on a budget? I can prob spend about £150/$250 on a camera, i don't need it to be a videocam or anything extra, just for close up shots.

thanks in advance nerds!

Pretty sure mine's < $200 it takes decent shots but nowhere near the professional level of geekmike's and others :) Looking forward to mike's response

To be honest, the camera I have is pretty old. I still use my Nikon D5000, you can find a complete setup used on ebay for pretty cheap. I got this one for $650 w/ lense new back when, still cheap in comparison to most. I'd like to get into a 7100 series soon, my buddy has that as his travel cam... I'm looking forward to my schooling.

so, yea.... ebay get a DSLR, if not try SONY they have very nice point and shoot tech.

I haven't busted out the good camera yet, but I have a few floating on my IG acct.

I just hit day 28, things are looking epic this run, still not quite to "picture time" When I was doing perpetual it was way easier to grab these pictures, now it's a bit harder but I am going to have a massive run of pics in the next few weeks.
