yea i can imagine pshhh as soon as i stepped it up to the 42watt one it was a little big difference lol i had to remodel the plants....and no problem about the jabberin i enjoy good conversations i just smoked one myself

the plants are on there 2nd week flowering and dam they are showing progress i just fed it some of that dynamite i posted in the 1st page as for now since iam waiting for the big bud and bud candy ...i will post pics tomorrow so you guys can see some more progress

Iam still waiting on the big bud and bud candy...

Im curious about this bud candy i have a friend and he is really picky about his taste and harshness he has been know to buy some smell it go ew take one hit make a funny face and throw it out in the yard and throw the bag away and the nutes i don't really know anything about them but i do know to look for the middle number to be high and that first one looks a little low but i may be telling you something false on the nutes but i used Green lite Super Bloom it was like 12-50-10 or something i know the middle was 50-55 and i had to give it really small doses

dam well i got big bud 4 now iam waiting on budcandy and kushie kush...

added another 32 6700k cfl so it totals to

2 32 watt 6700k cfl's
2 26 watt 2700k cfl's
1 42watt 2700k cfl (havent had time to get other from wal-mart)

also transplanted it to a bigger pot

ok heres pics from yesterday i will post new pics by today or tomorrow 4 sure...

ps 2 weeks 3 days flowering...(started feeding big bud yesterday)

as you guys can tell they are kinda bushy so i was wondering if it will be better if i trim some fan leafs so all the shoots can get light???

i figured shoots getting more lights bigger and fatter nugs but i dont know if me trimming the leafs will effect it now that iam flowering so please help some one

Hey man nice looking plant. Im growing some GDP as well.

I wouldn't cut too many fan leaves off till maybe the last week when they start turning yellow. You need those on there so the plant can get sugars and other nutes that are stored in the leaves. Hope this helps. :bigjoint:

Good grow you have going here slyer. I'm going to be growing my own GDP straight from seed, I can't wait till my baby girl has seeds. I still need to order the seeds but hopefully all goes well. I'm going to stay tuned with your grow as I'm really interested in it. Bravo so far man, Bravo.

Couple questions, you started with two 2700k 23 watt cfls, how did that work out for you in the beginning? I'm not going to put more then five cfls in my grow box because of heating issues. I'm thinking for vegging I'm going to be using four 2700k's (23 watt) and one 6500k (42) watt throughout the whole grow.

I'm going to use four computer fans, i'm interested to know how much the plant smells in the room? Let me know on that one.

Please let me know on what you think about my setup. I'm going to be keeping up with your thread.

ok thanks alot bro and yea when i only had 2 cfl's it was actually growing slower now that i have the 5 of them on 1 plant theres alot of progress...and iam only running 2 fans one in and one exhaust and the temps are perfect with 5 cfl's...i get 70-73 not hot at all.....and as for the smell the plant yet does not smell so i have no issues for now....
yea man your setup sounds perfect just try to get the cfl's with more watts if possible remember the more light the bigger the yield....sorry for the lagg of update guys but plant is really doing good trichromes are starting to show from every shoot now...still feeding big bud for now that iam waiting for bud candy and kushie kush....ok heres some pics...

Lookin good slyer8! Love the vid posts! The pic on my post u put up of the super bloom is what i use in flower. Youve probably done plenty of research on here...so you might want to consider using molasses as well...molasses contains many of the essential micro nutrients that MJ loves.

they aint doin to bad at all, but i think youre goin ta run outa space... i put some cfls half way up my plants to make sure the lower branches n buds get light but they are growin like crazy the hempstar i expected to get tall but the kush is growin nice aswell ... im in my first week of flowerin

Looks real good man. Plants look healthy, keep up the good work. And yes, I'm going to be using 4 42watt 2700k's and 1 42watt 6500k. Should work out real nicely.

thanks alot bro i was just trying to uplaod another vid but the host is laggin....
yea i have tried growing before but i kinda gave up and just got my meds from the dispensary but ive been wanting to go thru the experience and grow my own meds so finally after alot of research iam actually doing good

....yes i am going to also buy some molasses by this week but i heard that carbo load works better so wich one should i go with??

thanks alot and yea i actually have like 2 feet left for it to grow and i dont really think its gonna go higher than that....i will psot a video of the grow room so you guys can see the space remaining... and yea thats why i spread my cfl's all over because i want even the little shoots to grow up

and i rotate the plant every couple of hours.....

thanks alot i appreciate it and dam bro if you like my grow imagine yours u are going to do better i only have 1 42 watt cfl and alkl the remaining are 32watts or 26watts....but yea just make sure you try to spread them and if you are going to be using the 6500k make sure to mix the lights to try to balance the spectrum

Thats all on you my man, wish I could help but I have no experience with AN Carbo Load. I think it does pretty much the same thing as molasses, just costs ALOT more. If thats the case id just go with the molasses.

j/w but I thought AN Products were for hydro set ups, but i guess u could use in soil, right? :joint:

yea thats the same i read around lol prolly will just go with molasses....
and yes you can use the AN for soil too but is not the same dose as the hydro....

ok new updates now feeding big bud, kushie kush, and bud candy, has been flowering 3 weeks now and heres new pic updates...trichromes are starting to show like crazy
