Yeh everything is going to plan . havnt to replace 2 greenhouses due to wallabies chewing holes in the side of them. First males are stretching should be doing my first pollination in say 10 days should get maybe 200 seeds in first pollination will use skunk sativa male over ,blue dream, black gum, ghost train haze 1, in the first pollen chuck , then wait four weeks for the next pollen chuckView attachment 3940343 View attachment 3940345 View attachment 3940343 View attachment 3940345 View attachment 3940346
damn those wallabies chewing into the tents like that!...i know they are a protected animal but id be pissed about them...have you tried putting dog turds around the outside of the tents? my bro used to do that with his guerrilla grows...he reckons it kept the vermin away, yet sometimes if he put the turds too close to the budding plants they sorta adopted the turd smell too?...dunno?...he wasnt using a pipsqueak chihuahua turds, he had a serious german shephard & pitbull with 1000% high octane guard dog hormones running so im guessing it carried through in its wastes?

Yeh that's buddhas king Kong. Bought it because it has gorilla glue in it. Trying to make female seeds to grow during the reg season plus I can make crosses and have all female seeds. A lot of money went into buying all those strains so I'm hoping I get some killer crosses out of them.

hope they produce some fire strains for you, damn that GG#4 seems to cross well with almost everything, like this GG#4 x Animal Cookies named 'Zookies'
zook.png
so im keen on the Triangle Kush, GG#4 & Animal Cookies in future crosses, proof is some of the most killer crosses being released these last few years contain these types

I've got 4 gg4 crosses I'm hoping they grow well outdoors and are very potent. I'm going for potency this season

im sure the potency will be there, though im a bit disappointed most of my recent pollen chucks have got the quality but quantity is lacking...cant have everything i guess?...but then again i think i did have some heavy yielding top dank seeds years ago! so yeah the quest continues hehehe

Mmm those buds look great. Hoping to make a lot of gg4 x seeds. Heard really great things about gorilla bomb.
i think you will go well with that one, i have to rely on what i read here on RIU as far as which strains are fire cos i live in a very remote area...and there is no outside association, no one to talk to about weed here, i know of no other people in this country growing weed cept my bro...so im sucking up weed info here like a vacuum cleaner lol.
ive had to relearn what i knew or thought i knew about some strains since joining here, im watching which strains the master growers are using here on the seed & strain reviews thread, mostly US people who have access to the worlds best types(which we do too in seed form), people who have been in the center of it all from a young age, and they are growing out types from banks that i had no idea about originally but have seen real fire types coming from them, this is where the US scene & the Aussie scene is/was soo different, the US people always in general have shared their strain info!, whereas us Aussies have always been secretive about which types we grew out...at the cost of knowledge to the general grower, so the main types the US growers are growing out like Sincity/Dynasty/Exotic Genetix/Rare Dankness/GGG/IHG/MNS/Bodhi etc are the types im focusing on now, types from seedbanks like Greenhouse and Dutch Passion which i thought were good before i came on this site are not up to the same grade as those previous mentioned types, theres a lot to learn on the seed & strain reviews thread here bro, but im not seeing many/any Aussies there though?

Yeh it sucks to see most Aussies hiding and lurking in the dark. There are some master growers in my area never met them only came across there crops out bush . shame they couldn't share there knowledge .also people who hide strains like mullumbimby madness and old mother sativa . should be shared with the public rather than kept guarded like a vault

for sure bro, i remember when "Hydro" first became popular in the early 1980's, and the consumer never knew what strain it was...they were only ever told...'its hydro'...not whether it was Northern Lights or Skunk(which it actually was)..and to this day i know in the nearby small town close to me...the local people prefer "Hydro"...they have no fucking idea what it is...what strain it is they are smoking, yet in US from the start the Americans have been open about what strains are in circulation & the consumer knows what strain they are smoking...there is no secret, i heard from someone the reason the growers/dealers here in Australia who know what strain they are selling as 'Hydro' keep it a secret is 'because if everybody finds out which strain it is they will lose their monopoly', so the magic unknown supergrass called 'Hydro' kept being perpetuated, that pretty well sums up the last 30yrs of weed politics for the consumer in Australia ffs!

I know a few people who only smoke hydro. Its hydro or nothing. Makes me laugh they spend top dollar on hydro but won't buy top potent bush pot. Never grown hydro and never will . I prefer the great outdoors most hydro in the 90s was northern lights nothing special but only the hydro growers we're growing it in my area.

its truly amazing how many people in this country have no clue as to what hydro is or which strain they are smoking, hydro in this country as we know has a certain odour, yet people(the consumer) thinks its the method of growing(hydro) that gives it that odour & potency, yet if a person(like me) grows for eg Sour Diesel outdoors & offers the typical consumer that weed they will say 'fuck man datz some good hydro'...and no matter what i tell that person that i grew that weed in the outdoors natural soil they will say 'nahh man...thats hydro'...they will say that doesnt taste or smell like bush bud, because typically Aussie bush bud was a relatively average potency and average odour generic type of weed, the consumer doesnt realize its the 'strain type' thats giving the weed its odour, taste & appearance...not the grow method...yet 95% of aussie consumers do not know that even now lol
ps hoping its not thought that the general Australian smoking public are stupid or dumb in any way...its the commercial growers/dealers that have perpetuated the 'Hydro' myth for over 3 decades to the general population & have effectively kept everyone in the dark as to the actual strains used in hydroponic/commercially available weed
