I like greek food...are they similar? I seem to remember they use some of the same spices.So I was thinking about going on the 300 diet and workout.
The diet is mediterranean so I already love the food but the workout could be a problem.
That stuff is long gone. That was years ago. I worked at a factory that made materials and I was a machine operator amongst other things when I had that stuff.

I've already lost 3 pounds in 4 days. Oh and guess what??? my bloodwork came back, no more diabetes meds for me!!! I've worked my ass off for those results, I ain't never going back!
