Welcome to the forums mate!!

I would take the window out and use some external plywood or mdf to attach the exhaust ducting to. Depending on how big your window is, you could fit maybe 2 exhaust and 2 intake ducts to it. That way it's sucking in fresh air from outside and exhausting the air outside too. Just make sure your intake has a filter on it, 80-100 microns would help to stop bugs getting in.

Does your garage have a roof that you could vent into?

Does the garage have a cap vent on the roof or soffit vents? Is it attached or detached? That makes a huge difference. Is the attic of the garage insulated? If it is don’t vent into it as you’ll end up with mold.

if it’s detached with a a cap vent or soffit vents they will draw air in if your exhausting out the window, they normally let air out but if exhaust out the window you’ll create negative pressure and pull air in.
If it’s attached it should still have some kind of vent in it or you could install a dryer style vent in the wall if you own the home and don’t have to be super stealthy
