Garage drying

Hey everyone,

I have no place to dry my harvest! I’ve got a friend that said I could do it in his garage....would that be okay? I’m planning on putting a fan on it too. Will it be too humid? Or too cold? I’m in the valley in Oregon. Thoughts?

Hahaha. True. But MY place is an apartment. The place I’m growing was fine with having the plant outside but they don’t want their house stunk up haha. If it was me, I’d love my house to smell that dank for a week hahaha

Carbon scrub the room you dry in.

So what if you live in an apartment. Weed's legal there. The landlord can't do shit about a weed smell.

Its prob a case where the people would be fine with booze but weed is bad. Never figured those peeps out. Seems simple minded to me. Not saying that’s OPs case, just rambling, shit irritates me.
If he's renting an apartment they can't tell him what he can and can't do in it. He has rights too.

Do you have any idea what the temps and relative humidity are in the garage? I shoot for 60°f and 60% humidity. You can be +/- on that and a fan is a good idea.
Yes, it can be done.

I got the feeling it was a friend more then a landlord, if it’s a whoever then I would just make sure it’s not in the lease and just follow the laws and do it. In Canada, there are housing groups that don’t allow any in there rentals, now insurance company’s are putting fine print on growing, like a led or hid is any more dangerous then tungsten bulbs, all the led you run for house lighting or the hid you use for a yard light.

We have to sign a disclosure saying that it’s illegal to even possess marijuana. It’s pretty lame. If it weren’t for that, I’d make everyone tolerate the smell for two weeks haha.

but yeah, alcohol isfine. Not weed. Which seems totally stupid. There have been so many drunken altercations where the cops have had to come. If weed were fine and alcohol was prohibited it’d be a way cooler place to live haha.

What a bunch of narrow minded fuckers, sorry man. In time I hope it gets better, peoples heads might eventually come out of there asses, who knows.

More than likely, not. Psilocybin is on the ballot this year so maybe if that passes everyone will get more lenient on weed. But yeah it totally sucks. I’d love to be able to grow it on my own porch haha. I love growing and gardening.

Ya, but since it's totally legal in Oregon, I don't see how they can tell you that you can't bring in any weed. How is it any different than alcohol according to Oregon law. I could see them saying you can't grow in their apartment due to risk of a fire hazard, but it's not like could do anything about it, but ask you to leave if they found out. Well, if you burned their shit down doing a grow anyways, even after you signed the agreement, they're gonna sue the shit outta ya.

That doesn't look like much weed anyways.

Edit: Oh now I see. That's crazy. That sucks ass. I didn't know there were parts of Oregon that were still anti weed.
