HBO have out done themselves, once more. I started watching the TV series first and am reading the books after each series. Awwww its so good it hurts, love to get a smoke and watch this as it comes out every week. Prime viewing for the discerning smoker.

I swear on the seven gods, if anyone reveals any spoilers i will have their head! Or cut off their manhood (if applicable) and feed it to the goats!

That said, I hope you have enjoyed the above, and might I add glorious image of Ned Stark atop the Iron Throne.

So far I'm beginning to agree with ya amigo. Loving 'Book One of a Song of Ice and Fire'. I know Its all messed up to watch first and read after - but it just happened that way - and now I have the HBO respresentation in my head. I think only HBO could have done as good a job of making it into a series still.

you gotta read the books first, though now im stuck waiting for 6 to come out... HBO does a good job, but nothing put on a screen will ever live up to a good book

Whatever you do, don't listen to the "books on tape" version of the GoT series. You will dislike it at first, then love it ( the guy who reads the first few books grows on you), then hate it again when they change the reading person. The second hatred will be a burning, livid thing.
