Gaia Green dry fertilizer's, storage and moisture?

2 years ago i purchased a big bag of 4-4-4 and one of 2-8-4 and put them in what I thought were air tight containers. Turns out one of them wasn't and the last 4-4-4 is in a clump. It breaks up very easily, can it still be used? If it may harm my plants i will use the 2-8-4 and add some extra N from something else organic.
