G13 labs Purple Haze

anyone used these before? i know you cant expect anything like the picture but shit if it was even 50% as good as they claim id be a happy customer

so far ive checked the reviews it has 2 5 star reviews.

Keep a fan blowing on ur buds she will ice up real nice and Don't Touch the buds u will thank me after harvest

grew it last year along with their Super Skunk.

itty bits of purple, nice purple haze smell (berries, lemony haze and gum), tasted good after a long cure(4 weeks+) but took 11 weeks and compared to Positronics version this one was a huge letdown in the Potency/High department. much too mellow and rather easy to get a tolerance. it lacks the same punch and sativa rush i liked from Positronic's version, it was also weaker than the super skunk. i had smoked it for less than a week before i needed to increase dosages, but since it had good yields i had alot to smoke, but after growing positronics i will never grow this version again.

i would really like to grow a purple strain dude so any suggestions in the purps department?

also question did you lower the temps during flowering as they suggest?

no i hadn't, yet at that time it wouldn't have mattered since in the winter the temps get pretty low in the room when the lights are off. like 55-60 range while lights on they get to 75-85. not sold about Purple buds, grew a few strains and most of them have been mediocre compared to the non purple pheno's i get in the same pack LOL. i loved growing Killing Fields by sannie(green pheno smells so much berrier) so i definitely recommend that. I'm also going to run some Ace of Spades and Void by TGA soon, Subcool's deep purple and qrazy train were good purple strains (Jillybean can turn purple too if you get Orange velvet dominant pheno). I'll be growing Ace of spades and Void next to Homegrown Purple, Super Crystal and blueberry haze(some purp phenotypes) from homegrown fantaseeds and doing a comparison journal once they get enough veg time.

I got a G13 PH seed in a pick n mix. It was a tiny dark seed that refused to germinate, shame it was. The other g13 seeds I germed were fine though, 2x blueberry gum. And they went really purple. So G13 Labs do have purple genetics.

At the end of my first PH grow, at week 12 and still not quite done. She has been a good girl so far, took her nutes in a soil grow like a champ and looks to be a 4-5 zipper under 600W.

I saw a thread in the H&C, the guys didn't turn purple but he got 8oz. Dry of some primo looking bud. I too would like to grow a purple strain but I'm outdoors only so I can't and shouldn't have to lower temps for purpling.
