G13 Haze....

Hello guys n gals!

I have a question to throw out there and I'm sure it probably has many answers as I've found different answers online already myself...

Anyways I have a G13 mother which I acquired from a friend of a friend and I have taken clones from her and am currently vegging them under 18/6.

What I need to know is what is the average flowering time for a G13 haze plant? This I am asking to any of you guys who have actually flowered this strain. So far I have found answers that range from 8 - 9 weeks all the way up to 10 - 11 weeks, so which is it? I dont want to start flushing to soon etc.

Any advice and useful input would be much appreciated!

There seems to be two phenotypes of the G13 haze, One is more sativa (Hawaiian haze) dominant like and the other is more Indica (G13) Dominant like. So from what i hear the G 13 Dominant phenotype takes 9 weeks and the more hazey one takes 11-12 weeks. I suggest you invest in a small microscope for just a few bucks it will allow you to check the progress of your plant in terms of ripeness and when its ready to cut. The microscope technique is indisputable. I have found that seed companies say it will be ready in 8 weeks but it usually takes 1-2 weeks extra due to setbacks/problems the grower encounters. How long it takes to flower is very much dependant on the conditions, with optimum conditions in a hydro system plants finish off far quicker than in a soil set up with poor conditions. SO ULTIMATELY I AM ONE WHO BELIEVES THE BEST WAY OF CHECKING IF THE FLOWERS ARE READY IS TO CHECK THE COLOUR OF THE CAPITUALTE STALKED GLANDULAR TRICHOME WHICH ARE THOSE LITTLE WHITE SHINY CRYSTAL DOTS ALL OVER THE BUDS AND LEAVES. THESE TRICHOMES INITIALLY GROW LIKE A STICK POLE AND THAN PRODUCE A BULB LIKE HEAD LIKE A MUSHROOM. CHECK COLOUR OF BULB HEAD, WHEN IT IS YOUNG IT WILL BE SEE THROUGH, ONCXE MATURE IT WILL BECOME MILKY WHITE FILLED UP WITH THC, THAN IF THE BUDS ARE STILL LEFT ON THE PLANT THEY WILL START TO BECOME ORANGE/RED DARKISH THIS IS THE THC TURNING INTO OTHER CANNABINOIDS LIKE CANNABIDIOL, CBD ETC. SO IS BEST TO HARVEST WHEN YOU SEE 10-20% ORANGE BULB HEADS ON THE TRICHOMES. Sorry for babbling for so much very toned as usual, smoking some magnificent super lemon haze, a very well done uk crop.
i hope i have been helpful. Oh yes i am also growing the G13 Haze, i am into 7weeks flower now, i have the hazey phenotype so i am expecting 11-12 weeks. The G13 Haze is advertised as 70-80 days thats 10weeks - 11 weeks and 4 days.

Friend was growing it and since has given me cuttings. Most of his finished around 11 wks but 2 finished at the end of 9. You could tell the difference in pheno's when they stretch in the early part of flowering. I'm at 28 days flower right now. The early finishers have bigger tops and bigger fan leaves :weed:

but the hazier variety looks a little frostier. Im hoping to post a few pics this week.

my G13s were fed 2 consecutive doses of water before i keep my regiment up....I am gonna flush in 2 or 3 weeks im guessing the colas havent changed much in terms of THC...but size is INCREDIBLE they are the size of beer bottles and its only under a 600....(had my purple) under the thowow

I will totally second that and plus rep to you sublime.. This is good info for anyone wondering about this strain, G13Xhaze in the future.. We are experienceing the Hazy Pheno as well and at week 11+ 3 days the hairs were not even turning red on the tops * a hazy trait ive noticed*

G13xhaze as sublime says has two dif pheons one of which Will finish in 8 to 9 weeks, The other will take you on a ride for 11 to 12 or more weeks.. I can backup what sublime says with 400x tric shots as you can see.. or will see shortly the trics have not even began to degrade or turn amber at nearly 12 weeks (11wk + 4 days).. If your using this strain and get the longer flowering hazy pheno do not rush it.. I think it could go for 12+ easy but every grow will be unique.. The hazy pheono is unique because this is an 80% indica cross. Anywhere here is a pic Week 11 Plus 400X and also 40X incase anyone is interested

Also i totally agree with sublimes method of checking for peak ripeness.. nothing beats a microscope.. type in Veho 400X Discovery microscope for a great deal on a quality peice of equipment. into google that is ..
