I believe malbulja just got owned... pretty sure Colorado is right up there on the list of states that are tolerant of weed. I think he'll be just fine.

'Tomorrow' is a pretty important word regarding that statement.. And just because they issue medical cards doesn't mean its legal.. Even if 'yesterday' was the word, he'd still need card in hand to make that help at all..
Like I've said before, unless you live in Care-Alot, Mr Roger's neighborhood, or Sesame St. its the 'letter of the law' as it applies to your specific situation that matters if you find yourself in court.. Everybody is well advised to understand the letter of the law that could apply to them..
Its no different than if you get caught driving down a dirt road with a beer between your legs.. If you get written up for that innocent pleasure you're up shit creek, and most everybody knows that..

I think you should pass out the infractions like its going out of style fdd...
So my og post would have been legit from the beginning on those furnace repairmen...but now that you can get legal, take the steps to do so. Then start taking pics of your setup so we can get a good laugh..(lol jk, medicated.)

i consider mine medical, i just wish the cops did too. although ever since mari jane was decriminalized. cops dont want to waste there time busting people for weed. before when someone called the police and said someone just walked down my street smoking a j the pigs flew there , they would get an arrest and usually it would lead to finding something else. but now so many people smoke or dont care if others do smoke. and even if they catch you smoking in down town, they cant arrest you. when they passed the law they made it 100 dollar fine , on anything under an ounce. so cops dont want to waste there time anymore. not when every other day a kid gets murdered here. or junkies are overdosing on heroin all over the place.
but that doesnt mean there isnt a green team around whos sole purpose in life is to make ours misserable. i have ups and downs on the whole growing issue. im not dumb about it but i still lose sleep at night. sometimes. if i only had 5 plants i probably wouldnt worry though

Sorry I said pretty sure, I should have said I know. As in, I know its decriminalized there, and I know that its a medical state. If both of those things are true, I know the majority of people living in his area don't give a shit if he grows, if they did neither of the aforementioned facts would be true. Also, I know that this repairman seems pretty chill from the original posters description of him. All of those things paired together, I think he'll be fine.

A long time back I made a false phonecall.. I said that my wife and I were on a walk one evening, and when we walked through the school, we noticed a few 'boys' (I was trying to sound like a retired guy) who were smoking marijuana in the doorwell.. I followed up by saying that they were quiet, and not threatening at all, but the smell was clear.. They thanked me, said they'd send a squad car, but nothing showed up.. I chose that location because I had a bird's eye view of the area..
On that note here is a little secret regarding parks/schools.. They typically post signs that state access between dusk&dawn constitutes tresspassing.. Never in my life have I ever heard of somebody being charged with that, everybody does it from 8-80yrs old.. They don't care if ppl walk through, or do anything innocent after hours..
BUT it gives them freedom they would not legally have on the street.. If you are technically trespassing then they have the right to search you without any more cause..

What are the numbers in Colorado?? When does it become criminal, when does it become a felony, and what are sentencing guidelines in each case.. I admit I don't know.. I don't live in Colorado..

where i come from. the cops will search you if they want to. they dont need you to be in a school zone. anywhere within a 1000 yard radius of a school where i live is a school zone. they have mandatory minimums for drugs in a school zone. also they have municipal police here for parks and schools. tons and tons of kids hang at the parks around here so people get grabbed for tresspassing all the time

Not a felony unless you are in possession of over eight ounces. Anything less is a misdemeanor or petty offense. Cultivating less than an ounce is petty offense with a fine of $100 dollars. It says any amount with sale is a felony, but it doesn't list a penalty for cultivating over an ounce without sale.

Sure, everybody runs the risk of getting burned off the book by a dishonest/disgruntled cop if they have desire and opportunity.. The difference is the sign makes the search legit.. Even if clear video&audio of the incident end up in court you're screwed it would be more evidence against you.. On the street where you have a legal right to be, that same tape could be a get out of jail free card..
Concern yourself with the letter of the law.. Let judges and juries worry about its spirit..
