If you're in soil I would get some predators. All mine came from EWC or vermicompost, but you can buy them too. Hypoaspis miles kick ass for fungus gnats.
I like lady bugs. Also lady bug larvae are supposedly even better. Maybe they might be able to get the fers in the dirt too.

I agree with this. Good idea. I will try when I upgrade to my bigger light later this year. I am planning on doubling my grow space. ✌✌

I got those exact sf nematodes, 5 million. Anyone know of any negative effect of using these things? I need them for a small space i feel like it's over kill 5million-300sqft. Mines 3x3x6ft. Think i'm gonna just sprinkle some in a gallon and see how that works. Gonna treat every plant and worm bin now

Nematodes are in EWC too. You can coax them out more if you make an EWC tea.

This is the first stuff I used, and this alone took care of my gnat problem. It's cheaper at your local hydro shop if you have one close.

Awesome, kinda random but the other day I added some em1 to my worm bin, a day of continued winged pests, then mysteriously a large reduction, as well as what seemed like a sort of revival for the worm population. Maybe the nematodes got fed, IDK
