We got three plants in flower going on day 58, 2 are indica, one sativa.. The sativa just started showing bananas a couple days ago.. They are all almost finished flowering, harvested some of one indica yesterday (other indica looks like it needs 7-10 days, sativa looks like it needs 8-14 days).. What should we do harvest them all prematurely? Harvest the sativa which needs the longest to flower now and leave the others?? Are the crops not going to be sensi now?? Help please, never seen these motherfuckers before and can't find much info on them over the net.. Could be due some stressing... what are your opinions? WTF!!

Edit: we have only found the naners in the main cola of the sativa.. should we just chop the main cola early 75% pistils brown, mostly cloudy trichs, but still looks like it could fill out more...and leave the bottom branches to mature more??

Did you cut the entire plant, or just chop were you saw the naners.. This shit sucks man these plants are looking sick as hell and very frosty.. I don't mind a couple seeds (although I'd rather have none).. I was just hoping I'm so late in that it really wouldn't have an effect on our crop.. none of them have seemed to open, and I have picked off everyone I could with tweezers spotting them with a flashlight.. the ones I did pick off I opened and saw no pollen whatsoever.. Anyone else with comments I'd appreciate the help!!

your crop is fine. the seeds wont fully develop in a week and it sounds like you havent seen any pollen sachs open so relax. only thing is, if there are other females around you may pollinate them so you want to separate the plants. your smoke wont be affected negatively by the man nuts.

Dont chop them early. Usually when that happens so late in flowering, the seeds are really limited only to the bud where the pollen is released, because usually the sacs are surrounded by fat dense bud. Also, the seeds wont be able to form in time, like jeff said. Just forget they are even there, and harvest like normal. If you have females that are JUST starting flowering though, you might want to separate them just incase.

THANK GOD! I basically almost had a heart attack, I researched the subject for several hours throughout the internet. There is hardly any information regarding the topic throughout the web. Cause yes..there are two other sensi ( I HOPE!!) females in the same space..

I was also wondering something I have never seen ask.. Don't know if it's a dumb question or not...

--- Is it possible for a freshly harvested bud to be pollinated by a male/hermie even though it has already been chopped from the plant? Like if it was hanging in the space above the other plant? I'm thinking no? I just have never seen any info on the topic..

thanks for the replies.

No, once you harvest, its dead. It is getting no energy from the plant, and is losing water at an alarming rate. There is no way it could even begin to form a seed. Your bud will still be as dank as ever.
