thank you. I agree with you on every single point, i apologize for my generalizing insults, as well as my direct ones. to everyone.

to be honest it was because i was in a bad mood because of my bitch neighbor threatening me.
,
but i still want everyone to see that it shouldnt take a thread like this for people to notice and for someone to get help.

i want to get better at growing so i can in turn help people with their grow, but i am having trouble with the first part

Tap water does do that, but not 1.5 swings in a day, that I've ever seen/dealt with.

It'll creep a few (.5ish) tenths a day, but the only thing that I know of which will produce 1.5+ swings a day is some nasty fungal matter in the rez.

and from what i have read this is what i also know but there were no signs of this.....

It absolutely can in a small res, especially if you use crappy methods of lowering the ph and a very small reservoir (sounding familiar)? Usually junk in the res will cause drops in ph, although it can raise it, I would be suspect of the water source first.

To make things simpler, after some discussion (which we've now had for no reason) I would suggest either adding h202 to the reservoir and/or changing away from tap water. It can cause all sorts of problems all on it's own.

I'm sorry this discussion didn't happen for you earlier, but like I said, should've posted in hydroponics section. Posting anywhere else about hydroponics is dangerous as people will answer with asinine responses anyway.

the res was 5 gal bucket for 1 plant and i used general hydroponic ph down, i also said earlier i used r/o water

thank you for the advice and especially the advice on which section to post in.

Then I would agree, h202 would've been good or something like Tarantula or AquaShield. Once it starts I've found that works better than just H2o2 at solving the problem. Some good beneficial bacteria to fight the good fight for you.

It is just so bizarre to me - If I were in your position, I would try 10 different things to get help before I even considered blaming other people. It is in my nature and I am fortunate enough to realize that I am completely responsible for everything in my life, and that blaming others is the same as surrendering. It is the ultimate weakness. There is no truth, no solution, no dignity in blaming others.

Did you try -
-bumping your post
-posting in another forum (although it is not correct if I were desperate I would do it)
- did you try and got to the live chat room
- did you goto the journals section and try pming a successful grower and ask him to look at your post ?

I know you are upset, and frustrated, but attacking others is not the solution.
