FUCK MAN! Light stress?! Please Help

I have two seedlings, you can see in the thread link below. Ok anytime from 7am to around 12 pm my lights were off because somebody fucked with my garden which is another story. Anyway, will the seedlings that were completely in the dark be severely stressed? They're under a 400w metal halide conversion bulb. What do I do? I'm worried this will turn them into hermis in the future.

lol ill be honest, i emphasized my anxiety a little to get a quicker answer, but i was still a little uneasy.

your perfectly fine, flower is when it matters really. veg can be fucked up more leniently, its impossible to make it hermie while still in veg unless its a genetic hermie already(which doesnt matter here in this situation lol)

lol ok good, im really excited, I want this grow to work perfectly because its my first time using MH and HPS.

only thing thats going to do is make it flower early and also cut flowering time off by a week so early harvest for you bro

Really? Even because of just that once, how can it flower early, theyre only a seedling with 1 barely two sets of true leaves

it was only 1 night, no way is it gonna trigger flowering that quick.
