Fruit Flies

I have been having issues in my home with fruit flies and have noticed a few in my grow cabinet.

I have some 4 week old plants in there that are pretty healthy.

Do the fruit flies pose a risk to my live plants?
How can I get rid of them or at least repel them from my cabinet?

Temps are usually around 23C with a 51% RH.

Also do fruit flies pose a risk to drying bud?

Many Thanks

fruit flys can be bad for your plants as they drink the juices from the plant.

I prefer natural solutions... a praying mantis, or beneficial mites perhaps?
