My home made compost that sits outside. Yesterday I went to turn the compost in each bin (3). They were half frozen. Its been in low 40's at night. I know it slows down the cooking process. My question. Once it thaws and dries, will it still be good. After I turned it. It smelled almost rancid. Like a dumpster.
