from soil to dwc

i transplanted a 1 an a half plant earlier to day from soil to dwc seems to be doing well. my ppm is around 385 my ph is around 5.8 i put it in a net pot with clay pebbels.do i wet all the pebbles if so how?also i am useing flors one is 1200 lums 6500k the other is 1025 lums 4100k mounted one on each side of the grow cabinet[it was built this way] is the lights ok for veging and will the clay p.support the plant when it gets bigger.thank you for your reply
