So this is my plant its NL in Soil about 5th week into flowering and the tips seem to be turning yellow, i dont know what it is please someone help

It looks like lockout to me. I recommend flushing (washing the soil with about three volumes of pure water), letting it dry and bringing your nutes back on line. cn

What kinda soil, and what are you feeding it with? Looks like it's had a bit too much to eat, but could also looks like it could be a Zinc deficiency.

What 'neer said about lockout could cause a zinc deficiency, flushing seems like a good procedure, unless you have time release nutes in your soil...in which case flushing could just over-fertilize your plant.

I must say, Meta, that i have never once seen a zinc deficiency confirmed. Imo those deficiency charts cause more harm than good. Every candidate zinc def I've encountered cleared up with control of pH, cal/mag, and removal of leftover ions.
Pseudo, what soil? Are you using soluble nutrients? cn

Eh...lazy google searching today...lol...though pH issues causing lockout can cause many deficiencies...
