From G-row to B-loom

How do I go about switching the nutrients when flowering. I'm using Sensi grow and Sensi bloom. Should there be a transition period? ANY THOUGHTS

Depends on the color of the leaves when switching. If they are dark green go right to bloom. If light green go 50/50 or 75/25 in favor of bloom.
