from budding to veging

hello peoples the plantin picture produced good bud however after plucking the buds put in darkness for 2 days and then returned under lights to 18 hour cycle.However the result has been that leaves have turned yellow and then red.
Am wondering if maybe I should return it back to 12 hour cycle or is the plant completely stuffed?
By the way plant s in soil under lights.Any advice would be appreciated.Thank you

Sheesh stretchy thing.....Were all your buds like popcorn nugs?

It will take a couple weeks to revert back to veg. Are you sure you even want to do that?

you should have just put the lights back to 16 hours. you may have had a plant that was really photosensitive and couldnt really deal with the shock of 2 days dark and then a normal light schedule again.

i agree with boneman just starting again may be less hastles.

PS sorry forgot to mention plant is in soil and the buds was very very good.Wondering ifmaybe I should switch back to flowering cycle and if so how do I do this also is the plant dead how do I tell or is it still alive ?

no good it will just die off if left on 12/12

the idea behind revegging a plant is to make it think its getting to summer again ie: more light and give it nutrients that will encourage new growth. ie: nutes that suit vegetative growth the plant will need nitrogen

i think yours may be a lost cause though. too much stress already

keep trying though ya never know. hopefully you wil be able to turn around and go i told ya so lol.
