From a legal standpoint, better to be caught two two small plants or one big one?

Is it better to be caught with one plant yielding say, 4oz, or two plants yielding 2oz?

I would think only the one plant.
they dont police dont care what the plants yield. they dont know much.
I dont take botany classes to learn about pot.
All they know is the smell and what is a felony and what is a misdemeanor.

I dont think they weigh the plants, I thinik they just take em and take pictures and burn em.
(or smoke it)

If two plants the police would most likly wanna be dicks and try to get you with Intent to distribute.

Depends on your state. Some go by plant weight some go by number. Ask a real lawyer if you really want to know (or look on NORML.)

it's part of knowing your numbers. some jurisdictions have the option of sticking you by weight or plant count, but most that i've read up on use one or the other with no differentiation between a 6" seedling 6' mother or 16' Sativa.
