Since corporations are "people" but have the capacity to act as their own mini-nations, especially multinational corporations (MNC), we need protection from them in the same way there's separation of church and state.
We aren't really "free" because these companies own the propaganda which influence our choices, via media and social media campaigns, which dwarf what "Russia" did, and besides, America, along with Democrats were in on the "sabotage" too.
Getting banned from a site like this isn't the end of the world, but try to expain to an employer why you don't have a Facebook account, not wanting one makes you a freak, while getting banned there means you're some sort of social deviant.
But Facebook can ban you for any reason they want, giving us their values, rather than what we hold dear as an individual.
What I object to is "social justice warriors" care more about group think, than the individual first, as long as they aren't infringing on others, or doing something which may seem benign like keeping what's theirs.
Yet, keeping what is technically theirs, becomes a burden on society once the only reason is of a hoarding mentality keeping others away. Much like in the game Monopoly that only a limited number of houses are available, which must first get bought before a hotel. But some players who notice you want a hotel will sell their hotel, convert them to 4 houses, and prevent you from getting a houses, which simulates limited permit systems in real life.
To prevent this, new rules were added if any player has built a hotel, even if houses aren't available, a player can skip to building a hotel anyway. Similar anti-trust laws exist, but billionaires and influential politicians can get around them, making a mockery of their intent.
Corporations are slowly erroding our civil liberties, and we can't do a damn thing about it, because companies have a right, within "reason" and can use our preferences which aren't a protected class, to effectively go after them anyway.
Besides Facebook, landlords have been going after "dead beat" tennants, for decades with a database which warns, but also gives them retribution for practically any former tenant. After a lease is over, previous agreements, like pet permission can be revoked on a month to month basis.
What are you to do, just give up your beloved pet? But not doing so could lead to other landlords never renting to you, and they can legally brand you a dead beat.
Even if you sue and win for negligence, they're allowed to put you on this site you're the type to sue, even if justified.
There's also secret dark web sites that landlords pay dues to and require proof of landlord status to join, which are impossible to go after.
Yet social justice warriors care nothing about those things, and only if you're not racist, sexist, and on board with paying back whitey for "systematic opression."
Then you get bullied if you don't fit their ridiculous requirements, and falsely accused of that which you're not, with such tactics as not being good enough, or part of an agenda psy-op double speak of saying one thing while really meaning another.
Whatever happened to being color blind, and seeing people for their actions, rather than physical attributes which aCOULD get exploited, and must therefore get guaranteed special considerations to prevent could've, would've, should've bullshit nonsense?
Instead why not put forth laws which ANYONE can use even the evil whites, that use watchdog and investigative services available free of charge to all? To prevent clearly blatent false accusations, get prosecuted, just as harshly as the real abuses. Both unfair treatment and completely bogus accusations only for revenge are equally bad.
Yet, the SJW who claims white male privledge patriarchy rape culture cares nothing about true justice, but blaiming others for their failures, and not wanting to take personal responsibility, acts out as a child, wanting payback for an illusion they created.
