friends?

how do all of you go about meeting other growers in your area? i know alot of poeple to get blazed but no one i know grows other than the local hydro shop guy, but still have yet to confirm that, but he knows whats up when i go ask questions and he's more than willing to help with my problems.

Im a lonely farmer myself thats why most of us are here i think lol. cant really tell anyone. cant really show anyone.

yeah but i figure that if they know i grow and i know they grow no harm no foul right?

Well think of it this way you meet someone...you dont really no them all that well but you guys both grow....talk ..... b.s. here and there.....okay. now he gets busted. say he is growing 3 or 4 plants your growing 20. guess what your getting raided and he gets to wipe his hands clean at the end of the day as if nothing happened completely off the hook. end of story.

kind of but it is different, just got a not me reply to it, and this ones about how others go about it.

I have no idea either, but my local Hydro shop have a customer appriciation day coming up that I plan to go to. Free food, music, and they are going to have some Hydrofarm people there giving away some free stuff, so I figure I can make a connection or two there.

I think if I were younger and in college or something it would be no problem, but now it's tougher to come across people who are open about this sort of hobby.

i live in a town of 2000 about 300 people are farmers i kno a few my neighbor is a farmer and so are a few other people

Well I don't know about you but I don't tell even my best friends that I grow.
Rule #1, never tell anyone.
There is only one persopn that knows I grow and he is a life long friend that would lay down his life for me. I just tell all my other friends that I buy it.

i dont really see my friends any more. we're all off doing our own thing now. only 2 ppl know about my grow - my gf and a friend who i smoke with most of the time (bcoz he brings it round )

and i only had to tell him bcoz he found my extension cable that i had setup and followed it to a locked door.

he will keep his mouth shut thou if he wants any chance of smoking some of my grow - which he will,lol.

edit: also, i dont think any1 else around me is growing. ppl in the same town, yes. but not near me.

I remember when I first started growing and at night that HPS is bright as FUCK! (Yes, I fixed all the light leaks) So whenever I was driving in neighborhoods at night I would look for "grow ops." Still have not found one....

I used to live in a rural area, and I knew of 2 other guys that grew. One was a personal grower (4-6) and the other lived on a 46 acre farm, and while I wouldn't classify him as a commercial grower he liked to go big. Anywhere from 10-15 outdoor plants. He used to get robbed all the time as well.

I know of a few people in my home town area that grows. I plan to plant a few seeds, I don't really have what it takes to grow right now.
