Freshly rooted clones light conditions

I've just planted my freshly rooted clones into my DWC system and would like a bit of help from you guy's/gal's....I've 4 babies in a 1.2,1.2,2.0 tent, bubblebox system, dimmable balast that offers 300,450,600,650 watts and a 6" clip in fan blowing lightly above canopy. What wattage would you use for the first few weeks until the babies mature and how close would you keep the light to the plant canopy at this stage please ? I've set it to 300 w 18" away at the moment ?? Thanks in advance

until they establish themselves into the system
and grow a root system they will be unable to produce much foliage
having lots of light on them is a waste

wait until you see them growing daily by a reasonable amount
new shoots/leaves daily this will indicate they have established a root system
they should start to grow fast within 2 weeks
then you can put the light on full power as close as you can get it to the plants without burning
which will depend on your ventilation etc

until then keep it how you have it seems ok to me
