Fresh smell on curing bud.

I have always grew bagseed as seeds were hard to come by here with tougher laws but it seemed to keep a hay,fresh type smell even a week into cure the end of my involvement but when does that smell go away?

What were your pre-harvest conditions like and what did you grow in soil? i.e. RH%. Temps......Did you flush? Water content of soil or plant depeding on medium/setup... at the time of cut? Any issues with toxicities/deficiencies? Lastly, what were your drying conditions^^like?^^^^
 
I struggled but kept humidity below 55-60 pre harvest and some were early if thats the reason,flush was inadequate then were cut after watering by mistake,the last had nute lockout from low ph in ff dozen,so ?
 
How long did you dry for, and how dry was it when you jarred it?
I hand dry whole plants 2 full nights,then cut branches and hang one night then I do paper bags hanging 2-3 days all in a rh controlled dark room at 70-72degrees,so I try to dry slowly 5-6 days,then jar and burp but my last grow was stealth and had to pull a week early one day after watering.
