Hey All!!

Just cut 10 plants and strung them up inside a 1x1.5 box.

Should i leave the box open or close? or open some of the day and closed the rest? close to light? what kind of temperature? when should i put them into jars?

leave it open or cut holes in it for sure. You need lots of air flow to avoid mold. Room temp with low humidity is about right
As long as there is good air flow and its in a dark room you should be good
 
I agree with above, circulation is key, cut holes in the side. BUT QUICK, add a lid b/c chlorophyll breakdown is slowed in light and thc's is sped up. Soooo, it wont be anything super noticeable, but its YOUR 10-14 weeks of labor. This is the most important part of preserving your terpenes and cannabinoids. Anyhow enjoy your smoke, lampshade.
 
So how long do i leave it in the box? its only been in there since friday -- should i move it to jars?

Or do i do that when its lost 50-60% of its weight? or less? more?

Let them air dry until they're mostly dry on the outside. You may be able to snap the stems. By then they're ready to be jarred so you can slowly remove all moisture from the center of the buds. Burp the jars a couple of times per day for the next week, then twice per week until you think they're ready for longer term storage(if they last that long). Anyhow, that's how I do things.

Thats my problem lol
 
ya i would throw a fan in there maybe cut a small hole in the box and put a fan into the hole thats what i did and in 4 to 5 days throw them in a jar and burp them daily then leave them in the jar 2 to 4 weeks until you like the way they taste smoke and smell
