Fresh frozen bubble hash color

Ok guys so I started fresh freezing my crops and washing them. I've got the press, freeze dryer, big stainless steel paddle. Insulated all my buckets. Cut half the bucket off of 2 buckets to act as bumpers for the bags.
I only wash when it's cool outside, mostly late or early morning like 4am.
I wash in a bucket lined with a 220 bag and the outside is insulated.
I wash for 10-15min intervals and then pour the water through the stacked buckets/bags.
Using 190 and 160 bag to remove contaminate.
Then I collect everything else in the 45 and 25 bags. Problem is, during my first wash I even notice a slight green color in part of the hash when scooping it.
I'm gonna include a bunch of pictures, feel free to chime in with any tips or things I should be different.
I also use distilled and ro water. The ice I get from local stores.
The color comes out great when i press btw.

Dude, you have a freeze dryer and not a $70 mini-washer? I'm jealous
Not sure, but maybe 10-15 minutes of stirring fresh frozen is too long? There's a lot of green in ff. Maybe try stirring your material at shorter intervals?

I use a washer. 2 minute( tops) washes. 12 washes a run. Also, what are you doing with the 25?

With the first couple washes I throw it in my full spectrum rosin. The green stuff I have no idea. Maybe trash it.

What size washer should I look into. I've just always though hand washing was supposed to be the best

I think mine is 7 gallons. I bought it from walmart.com and paid an extra $5 or something for a warranty :-P you do not need to use 7 gallons of water. I use like 2.5-3 gallons h20 with little ice.

I love my washer. I can blow through washes in no time , doing short washes and multiple runs. There's no advantage to handstirring imo.

That looks great
Thank you. There's a thread on here dedicated to frenchys method. Check it out, you dont need to handpress and hot water water bottle press it if you dont want, i do. It makes really nice hash/ temple balls. I'm curious how that might press out under plates after a 3 month cure :weed: I follow all his steps except for the freeze dryer unfortunately.

I will concur with the recommendations to use the mini-washer and to watch Frenchie's videos. Watch them over and over and over again, until you start thinking about the process in a French accent. If you do just what he does, and I mean just what he does, your hash will come out great!
Here's some of mine from the washer-

Ya know I still watch the videos for fun each time before I do a run. And I really need to fire up the machine again soon. Im sitting on a lot of material and it's getting warmer out.
Maybe later on tonight I will run some of my Sour Banana Sherbet or some of the Big Green Bastard... it's either do it now while it's still cool at night, or listen to the lady if the house complaining about me working in the kitchen, in the air conditioning.
