Fresh air lightbulbs????

As a fellow CFL vegger and sometimes flowerer I am always looking at light sources soils, nutes, pots etc when I do some shopping...dont get me wrong with CFLs though I do flower under HPS most of the time...anyway back to CFLs, I was walking through the local pharmacy the other day and noticed a Fresh air lightbulb on display that said it could clean air by ionizing the particles. Its the 1st Ive heard of anything like that so I thought Id do a little research on it since it seemed perfect for any growing app... you could add light and eliminate odors.
Anyway havent tried it yet myself think I might pick up a couple but was wondering if anyone else has tried em yet and what they think.... here is a link to a reveiw I found on em.

After reading the reveiws I guess it produces CO2 also!!! uhm... perfect grow lights?

Wow these things sound cool especially considering I got a white widow that has the ability to stink up my entire upstairs. (It's not even budding yet either!) Next time I go to the store I'm going to try to find some.

do you guys know if the bigger (in diameter) tube fluros are really THAT much better than the skinny ones? And i know the daylight colored tube is good for veg but will it make it flower ok too?

Everyone hit the dirt its a hijack!...lol j/k I dont really mess with tubes I do CFL if anything I like stealth. I do know that you can still get yield with daylight bulbs but its shyt and really cfls are shyt compared to HID when it comes to yield... that being said I love vegging under CFL and its very stealthy to use them with LR and other auto strains to veg and flower yield still isnt as good.... but it would be even worse with daylight the whole time... I tell everyone this but think of growing indoor as mocking what the plants go through outside... different light spectrums ie the harvest sun of fall is a red spec type of light.

yes def use warm white... should put off a reddish glow, IDK if they have the kelvin on the packages or not but your lookin for 2500-2700k if they do.
