This is a simple design i drew up blue prints for... as far as dimensions and size go... that parts up to you. however i will give you the dimensions used for this exact design. With a drill, hammer, screws/nails, circular/miter saw and a few bucks for studs and sheething you'll have a proffesional grow cabinet!!

this is the framework diagram....

Vegging Grow Cabinet_Framework.jpg

you may need to download the pic and view it with your own software to get a closer look... tried my best!

Material List:

14 - 2" x 4" x 8' studs ($2.50 or so each at home depot)
3 - 1/2" x 4' x 8' plywood sheething ($15 - $20 per sheet at home depot)
1 - 1" x 3" x 6' premiuim pine plank ($3 per plank at home depot)

the dimensions of this cabinet are as follows....

5' 3-1/8"(length) x 2' 3-1/8"(depth) x 5' 7"(height)

heres the dimensions of each cut using a circular or miter saw....

for the frame of the base -
2 studs @ 5' 3-1/8"
4 studs @ 2'

for the frame of the ceiling -
2 studs @ 5' 3-1/8"
4 studs @ 2'

cuts for the wall supports
6 studs @ 5' 7" (vertical supports)
4 studs @ 2' (horizontal supports)

cuts for inner shelving unit -
1 premier pine plank @ 4' 8-7/8" (rear shelf support)
1 stud @ 4' 8-7/8" (front shelf support)
2 studs @ 2' 3-1/8" (side shelf supports)
4 studs @ 3' 7-1/2" (vertical shelf supports)
2 studs @ 2' (center studs for hanging the main veg light)

as far as covering your framework with sheething the dimensions are as followed(for this particular cabinet)

2 cuts @ 5' 4-1/8" x 3-1/2" (for top and bottom front face of cabinet)
2 cuts @ 5' x 3-5/8" (for left and right side front face of cabinet)
2 cuts @ 5' 7" x 2' 3-1/8" (for left and right exterior side of cabinet)
1 cut @ 5' 4-1/8" x 5' 7" (for rear exterior of cabinet)
2 cuts @ 5' x 2' (for shelves inside cabinet)
1 cut @ 5' 4-1/8" x 2' 4-1/8" (for ceiling of cabinet)

the best part about this design is that you can adjust your dimensions to fit any size space you have to work with. also seeing as all ive done is show you framing and sheething.... you can decide where to make cuts in the sheething for ventilation and so on... theres plenty of studs so that mounting or hanging lights or fans etc. wont be an issue. i even build custom cabinets so if you are interested just inbox me on here for further information!

thanks for checking out my thread! later and happy toking everyone :bigjoint:
