Fox Farm Ocean Forest or Happy Frog ?

Went to my local ace hardware to pick up some ocean floor and they were all out. So, instead I bought Happy Frog. Sure theres lots of threads on this but is one any better then the other ? Plan on using it from transplant to 5 gal pot on deck.

I've never used Happy Frog, but I am sure it's good medium. All FF is great stuff. Maybe just needs some perlite in there.
