forced flowering

hey everyone, im new here so be easy on me. But i know everyone has there own methods for forcing MJ into flowering, for you indoor guys you can just switch up the lights... and i know out doors you can force pre-flowering by covering a branch for 12 hours at a time. im worried that my grow will go too far into the frost season and i wont get a full yield. Now it isn't in the cards to cover my whole grow for 12 hours at a time. When i was looking for nutes i found this shit thats for tomatos, i know tomatos and MJ isn't the same, but it this stuff will make tomatos and other vegtibals and what not flower early. I looked into the flurouse or whatever enzime that causes MJ to flower and tomatos from what i can tell use a similar enzime to flower. now the big question... Do you guys think using this shit will force my crop into flowering sooner, or just be a waste of money (the sooner i can get my stuff to flower the better, becuase around here we hit frost before MJ can flower for long enough to made good buds)

Sorry if my wording was off the first time they arn't tomato nutes.. its like a flowering hormone or some shit, the reason the plants flower in 12/12 is becuase of a chemical that builds up in the plant with extended exposre to darkness, once the chemical buildes enough (in 12/12) it causes the plant to go into flowering. This product basicly puts that chemical onto the plant, im guessing. Which says it causes tomatos to flower before they should, im wondering if it will do the same for MJ, and throwing it out there to see if anyone has herd of it, and has any imput. toke on

no it won't work. do this: get yourself a huge trashcan and just cover your plants every night at 7...then when it gets dark, uncover it so you don't have to wake up in the morning and uncover it. this is better than the typical cover at 8, uncover at 8...

i know it's a bitch to have to be there every night at 7 to cover them, but it works really well.

Was a great question. Have often wondered about just such factoids myself. Guess that is one of the myriad of reasons I don't grow outdoors. You must live up near Santa at the N. Pole. Whut you do if Five O and Dano walk by there and see that stuff? Go indoors young man go indoors.

nah im by Boston, but last year i didn't get a full flowering cycle out of my plants for what ever reason, the frost came to soon for me, so i was trying to avoid that this time around. As far as the pigs finding my shit, well yeah that would suck.. but its not on my property and i haven't been out there without gloves and full body coverage so their is nothing that can link me. THAT IS THE REASON IM OUTDOORS, im alll set with getting a grow room raided and going to jail, you guys can do that and let me know how it works out, i dont think they will let you on rollitup.org in jail though ;-)

and i would need like an indoor soccer sized room for the amount i would enjoy growing, and lots of electricity.

bag 'em! cage em' with chicken wire, then use lawn & leaf heavy garbage bags- split and taped together if your plant is big...I have a dark shed now, so no more baggin' it for me...just draggin' it!... just before sunset, and after 7:a.m. draggin' 'em back out. talk about lower back workout!

if you want multi outdoor harvest next year, stagger your grow, and bag' 'em. I've got a steady flow of plants that are either: close, further out, 'on deck', or vegging. I finish one, and the next one on deck goes into the lineup.

yeah i wish i could dot hat shit liek i said before these are outdoor plants. Like TRUE outdoor plants. i started them off and had them veg inside for like a week then threw them all outside IN THE GROUND... not in a pot so i can't really 'drag' them to my shed, plus as i said before my shed would have to be about the same size as my house hahah. Whats up with people on here saying they are growing outdoors when really they are in a green house or are using sheds... not calling you guys out im just saying... i thought outdoor growing was outdoors?

you can cage them with chicken wire, and bag' 'em; or set up a framework over them and drape black plastic sheeting every evening.it can be done...but is it practical? I'm indoor and outdoor..depends on the season:winter, indoor, spring in and out, summer out, late summer(aug.1st.)start indoor with lights at night sun by day. I'm all about the daisy chain.. it takes a while to get it goin' straight, but when it does, you harvest every 2 wks. 'til the end of time.
