force flowering plants after harvesting season

How would i do this i know my old dealor before he riped me off used to grow fresh bud outdoor all year long outdoor (.3 nugs there were tiny)

light deprivation to force flower during the longer days. You basically cover your plants/green house at the same time everyday so they are only getting 12hours of light/dark. You can do the opposite by adding lights during the short days to keep them in veg. I cant see a easy way to not get busted if you were covering a greenhouse during the summer if you weren't legal. Could also be autos grown during the winter.

i dont think its autos i tried growing them my self last year and they only got like 3 inches and stooped then died.

Grower error on your part, possibly the breeders but it shouldn't of died. I have had a few good dealers chop their nugs up so you have tons of little ones but dont have to go through picking it apart from the stem. Is it just curiosity of how to force flower or are you looking to do something?
