Everyone receives their orders and yes we got backed up a few months ago but it's not anyone's business. We have thousands of clones and seeds, that's not an issue.

If you are handling customer service poorly, and often even if you are not, people will get upset. My instinct, based on experience, is that your communication faltered because you had a supply problem you were scrambling to solve, and threads like this are part of the price you had to pay for that. I could be wrong, but I am not new at life, I have been on both sides of those sort of things more than once.
I appreciate that you had the guts to reply directly, but I feel like your reply is unprofessional, frankly. Best wishes, and fight the good fight. I give no fucks about this situation, except that I am both a business owner and a consumer, one who cares about the ethics and practices on both sides.
