For seedlings, would blue LED light be sufficient?

I'm planning to start growing some seeds. I've begun germinating them and they should be ready within 2 days.

I have a large PC case filled with blue LED lights, so i was thinking would it work if i put the seedlings in there because it'll be nice and warm. Just not sure about the effectiveness of the light and whether it'll be enough.

I then intend to move them outside, if this works. but that's for another thread
