Yeah if it only takes a few mins the only thing you would gain from a fogger is better coverage. But you just use a few extra mins to make sure you get it all.

I can spend 30 -45 mins and multiple trips to fill that up and still not hit everything as well as my fogger does in less than 10 mins.

how big is the room? i saw some of these cans called doctor doom at the hardware store i believe you open the can and leave the room make sure theres no open flames. i believe its for thirps and whatnot. id try a couple cans and give it a spin before buying a large fogger.

Doktor Doom works really well, but I wouldn't use it in flower.

If you have/find other uses for your fogger they become much more cost effective. I use mine on outdoor gardens of all kinds , my fruit trees and im even considering using it for tick/ mosquito control if i find an effective organic product

Ryobi makes a hand held preassure washer... with changke heads, thats the consumsble part that makes the particke size smaller or bigger... has a 25 ft lead for tank sprays...it can be used for cleaning, applying foilars or chemicals and ia cheap

Not a 5k dram cold fogger but works for most applications

I think you can use it in early flower, but it's straight up chemical warfare.

I am thinking of using neem oil as a preventative IPM in veg. Also I currently have Thrips, a few weeks into flower, which I am using citric acid (mainly) to combat.

My question is whether there is some kind of fogger device I can buy, which will be able to quickly fill the entire room with fog, with the active spray ingredient mixed in the water?

In order to fully and completely cover all sides of all plants in the room effectively?
A little off topic, and my apologies for that. I was given some Capt. Jack's dead bug and it worked awesome for thrips.
