I apologize at the start for asking this question. When you are at the beginning of the harvest window and it is time to flush, do you flush with lots of water every time you water it ? Water it normally when it get dry with no nutes and flush it like 2 times? I hope someone understands me. Thank you

That's a really excellent question. You will get lots of info covering that topic. Take a quick look

Whenever I see a post about "flushing" I go to it about as quickly as I do a political forum...For the entertainment. If you're growing in soil you don't have to "flush". You flush a toilet, you leach soil. Roots and plants don't "flush". I don't know anything about hydro, but soil, doesn't flush. It leaches. If you're using non-organic nutes then stop feeding 2-4s weeks before harvest, just run water. Organic, no worries, don't do anything different. Also, look up the hundreds of threads that contain quite a few people fighting over this very topic. Just search "Flush" or "Flushing". GL!

Not any worries on the term, it's just that there is a myth that if you're growing in soil you need to run a shit load of water through it weeks before you harvest and not run any nutes. Growers are starting to think in the big picture, like, how do plants actually live. If you do the typical "flush" you're basically flooding a plant. That's stress and you want as little stress as possible in these sensitive weeks of flower. Farmers don't "flush" their crops and they are doing shit much worse than we are to plants(most of them, anyways) Just think of basic botany and use this website http://www.growweedeasy.com/

The biggest thing with non-organic is salt build-up...in my experience a little does no harm. You're going to get your purists who swear that you'll get black ashes and terrible taste if you don't flush. I may cough here and there, but fuck I get high as shit without ever running any extra water through my system. Any my ashes are white, not that that matters to me in any way. Taste and density are my main concerns.

Lol it's funny to me you recommend not flushing then link a guide that recommends flushing.

OP I recommend you research the final stages of the plants life cycle. Your harvest window is one of the most important parts of your whole crop and if you lead yourself up to that window by restricting the nutrients needed to achieve optimal growth then you'll only be hurting your yield for the idea of "clean" burning/tasting buds.

Educate, then test it for yourself.

Sorry, I had read something there about not flushing organics, was the first link that came to mind.
I agree, research and good ol' do-it-yourself.
