That is a really good question. The information tells you to start flushing a week or two before harvest, when is that? As close as we could get you would be the normal flowering time for the strain you have, What strain is it? VV

ya that's what i've been finding but how would you know when there is only a week or two left, i'm just going to have to guess cause its just a bagseed so i have no clue what strain it is, is there anyway to tell by this pistols changing colors as when to flush, i am noticing a couple hairs on the buds changing colors

Post good pictures of your colas. Try to get one of the F boys, FilthyFletch, Fdd to take a look. I have the same problem except I know what strain mine are and how long they are supposed to take to flower. My problem is I am partially color blind. Jorge addresses this isuue in his book, Indoor Marijuana Horticulture. He talks about the three ways to tell, the method you are describing is what he calls Diminishing Returns. Pg 289. 'hair like pistils on the bottom of the bud are dying ( turning brown ) at a rate faster than they are growing from the top of the bud.
You might want to view a few threads were folks have asked, "Ready to Harvest" type questions, maybe some pictures and comments there that would help you.
What medium and nutes, method's are you using. I don't have to flush mine. VV
