Flushing then feeding

I had a nitrogen problem with my easy Ryder where it shocked so much that growth was paused for about a week. I added some nitrogen solution to it and for the first 2 feeding it was great but the 3rd feeding I'm guessing was just too much. I'm 99.99% sure I have nitrogen toxicity because of the super dark green leaves, glossy shine. My question is; today I have to feed my baby and I'm planning on flushing first but would it be ok to feed unsulfured molossass after the flush? Btw I know I spelled unsulfured whatever wrong lol...sorry?

i would think it would be ok to do that since u know its a nitrogen nute issue, if it has something to do witih the molasses then youll be digging yourself a deeper hole. but from what youve described the dark glossy leaves it DOES sound like a nitrogen issue.

Well that's the thing, it's an auto strain and I'm on week 5 out of 8 so I only have a few feeding before I start to flush the last 2 weeks. I'm trying to feed as much as possible without burning ofcourse. Is it safe to feed molossos intil the end or I should stop 2 weeks before harvest?

I personally do not like flushing to correct problems.

Whenever i have an issue (however i do grow in coco) i ease back on the nutes rather than flush. Mainly due to the plants sitting in a High EC root zone that if you reduce the EC dramatically by flushing plain water this can have a negative effect on the plant and cause reverse osmosis. Better to reduce your concentration a few tengths at a time. For example feeding with a 1.6 then 1.4 then 1.2 if problem is corrected by this point increase concentration back to a point where the plant is happy.

However i would add that i DO FLUSH pre harvest.

Molasses is always good to use to feed your microbial life in your medium. I personally use Trichoderma and Mychorhizae.
