flushing question

When you flush your plants for the last couple weeks how often do you actually flush them? Daily, every 3/4 days like a water cycle or something else?

After the initial flush ie pouring 3 times the volume of the tub of water through it, I would then resume normal watering schedual (without nutrients) for the next week to ten days, and I wouldnt give any water two days before cropping.
