flushing before harvest

how important is it to use RO water and PH balanced water during the last couple flushings before harvest. cause my RO only pumps about 1 half gallon of water per hour and im using 3 gal pots so thats alot of water to fush about 15-20 hours of filling gallons of water per plant. could i just throw them in the bath tub and flush them that way?


sorry for such a stupid question but it is taking forever to full my buckets full of water.

yes it will be ok

Just get a big tub, fill it with water, let it stand over night un covered to gas off any small amount of chlorine (adding a air stone helps), ph the water to correct level and flush your plants. Done deal... good luck!

yeah it would be fine, as long as most of the nutrients are flushed you should be golden...er um....green and frosty you could always mix RO water with regular if its not filling up fast enough. PH is always important in the entire stage after germination. always always always ph treat your water. that's what i always say
