Flush gone bad?

So I gave my entire garden(33 total) a flush because a few of them started to slightly yellow from the ground up. I thought I might have a deficiency, thought I would start there. I flushed this plant at 9:00 am and by 2:00 that day it had completely wilted. Take a look at the picture.
This is the only one that had any kind of reaction.

Looks under-watered and not absorbing the right nutrients. Give it water and feed if you haven’t been feeding.
